基于心理契约的“80后”员工激励对策研究 21世纪以来,“80后”员工正逐渐成为企业的中坚力量,但其独特的个性和多元化的价值取向,却使企业传统的激励模式变得不再有效。如何解决“80后”员工的激励问题,激发他们的潜能,促进他们不断成长,使企业持续经营和进一步发展,已经成为企业管理的重点。本文试图针对“80后”员工的职场特征和当前企业对“80后”员工激励存在的不足,以心理契约理论为基础,从“80后”员工的心理契约结构分析了企业激励不足的原因,并提出了基于心理契约的“80后”员工的激励对策。 关键词:心理契约;“80后”员工;激励对策 The incentive measures of the the "80s" staff based on the psychological contract From the 21st century,the "80s" staff is becoming the backbone of the enterprise, but its unique character and diversity values are making the traditional business model no longer an effective incentive. How to solve the motivation problem of the "80s" staff,inspire their potential, promote their continued growth, to achieve business’s continuity and further development, has become the focus of corporate management. This article will focus on the "80s"employees’ characteristics in the workplace,and the current shortcomings of the enterprises’ motivation to the "80s"employees, based on psychological contract,analyse the cause of the enterprises’ motivation shortage , and put forward the "80" employee incentive measures based on the psychological contract . key-word: the psychological contract; the "80s" staff; incentive measures |
