The incentive strategies for the "80s" staff based on the psychological contract
From the 21st century,the "80s" staff is becoming the backbone of the enterprise, but its unique character and diversity values are making the traditional business incentive model no longer effective .It has become the priority of business management that how to solve the motivation problem of the "80s" staff,unleash their potential, promote their continuous growth, to achieve continuous operation and further development.Based on the theory of psychological contract,this article tries to focus on the "80s"employees’ characteristics in the workplace,and the current shortcomings of the enterprises’ motivation methods to the "80s"employees, ,analyse the causes of the enterprises’ motivation shortage according to the psychological contract structure of the "80s"employees, and put forward the "80" employee incentive strategies based on the psychological contract.
