[求助] 帮忙翻译成英文

传统合成苯并噁唑的方法是以邻氨基苯酚与羧酸、酰氯、酯和醛等反应获得,所用到的催化剂大多是Pd、Au或Ag等贵重金属的络合物。目前,以邻氨基苯酚和腈为原料来构建苯并噁唑衍生物鲜见文献报道,本文采用廉价的三氟甲基磺酸铜为催化剂,从邻氨基苯酚与腈出发一步法构建了苯并噁唑衍生物,反应条件温和,对空气不敏感且无需惰性气体保护。该方法适应范围广,不论是芳香腈还是脂肪腈都可以顺利反应。

The traditional synthesis of benzoxazole method is based on the reaction of ortho-aminophenol with carboxylic acid,acyl , ester and aldehyde , the kind of catalyst used are mostly precious metal complex  Pd, Au or Ag of etc.At present, there is little detailed information about structuring benzoxazole derivatives with ortho-aminophenol and nitrile as raw material,use cheaper material like trifluoromethyl sulfonic acid copper as catalyst adop one-step method to structure benzoxazole derivatives with ortho-aminophenol and nitrile,the reaction condition is mild,not sensitive to the air ,and no needto protecede by inert gas.The method is suitable for a wide range ,no matter aromatic nitriles or fat nitrile can be smoothly reaction.

The traditional synthesis of benzoxazole method is based on the o-aminophenol with carboxylic acid chloride, esters and aldehydes, such as reaction, the catalyst used in most of the complexes of precious metals such as Pd, Au or Ag. At present, the benzo-o-aminophenol and nitrile as a raw material to build the benzoxazole derivatives uncommon reported in the literature, this article uses cheap trifluoromethyl sulfonic acid copper as a catalyst, one step starting from o-aminophenol and Nitrile constructed oxazole derivatives, mild reaction conditions, is not sensitive to the air without inert gas protection. The method is suitable for a wide range of both aromatic nitriles or fat nitrile can be smoothly reaction.
