新型生物滤池在制革废水深度处理工程中的应用研究 摘要:试验采用一种新型的生物滤池,以生化处理后的制革废水为研究对象,重点考察了装置对进水的CODcr和氨氮的去除效果。结果表明,采用两级串联生物滤池处理生化处理后的制革废水,当进水CODcr在300-500mg/L、氨氮在100-300mg/L时,出水CODcr小于250mg/L、氨氮小于15mg/L,出水水质能够达到制革行业污染物排放标准;同时说明该工艺能够应用于制革废水的深度处理,也为制革废水的达标处理提供了一条有效的途径。 关键词:新型生物滤池工艺;制革废水;深度处理 [ Last edited by 811708515 on 2011-2-28 at 16:49 ] |

Application Research Of New bio-filter in Tannery Wastewater Treatment Project Abstract: The test uses a new type of biological filter to study the biological treatment of tannery wastewater, mainly inspected on the water's CODcr and ammonia nitrogen removal. The results show that tannery wastewater treated biologically by two tandem Biofilter, when the influent CODcr in the 300-500mg / L, ammonia nitrogen in the 100-300mg / L, the effluent CODcr less than 250mg / L, ammonia is less than 15mg / L, the effluent quality meets the emission standards for the tanning industry. the study also indicates that the process can be applied to the deep treatment of the tannery wastewater, providing an effective way for qualifying the tannery wastewater to meet the emission standards. Application of a new type of aerated filter in advanced treatment process for Tannery Wastewater Abstract: In this study, we introduce a new type of aerated filter and mainly investigate its removal effect for CODcr and ammonia nitrogen of infulent, using the Tannery Wastewater from bio-chemical treatment as the research object. The result showed that , using the the aerated filter with two-stage connection in series to dispose the Tannery Wastewater from bio-chemical treatment ,when the CODcr of infulent is at 300-500mg/L and the ammonia nitrogen is at 100-300mg/L, the CODcr of the Tannery Wastewater effulent is less than 250mg/L , the ammonia nitrogen is less than 15mg/L, the effluent water was conform to the pollutant emission standards for Tannery Industry. It also shows that this process can be applicated in the in advanced treatment of the Tannery Wastewater and offers an effective way for standard treatment of Tannery Wastewater.
