本论文首先合成导电率较高的聚苯胺、聚吡咯及酞菁铜,然后在前人对吸声材料研究的基础上,根据不同的成膜工艺,采用自制的导电聚合物制备了电导率率较高的导电高分子薄膜吸声材料,同时研究了对该吸声材料的吸声性能的不同影响因素。 采用悬浮聚合、分散聚合及乳液聚合等方法,根据导电聚合物分子结构设计,以考虑聚合物的电导率及其溶解性为前提,制备了一系列不同结构和粒径的具有很大共轭性的导电高分子聚合物,如聚苯胺、聚吡咯、羧基铜酞菁等。然后采用环氧树脂和聚酰胺树脂作为吸声材料的基体约束材料,对制得的导电高分子微粒进行了组装以及声学性能研究。并分析了石墨在聚苯胺中的共混对吸声材料的影响,同时通过优化工艺得到稳定的条件,制备出了导电聚合物与石墨的复合吸声材料。 本文分析了混合时间、电导率、表面微观结构,材料厚度、测试方法等因素对吸声材料吸声性能的影响。经实验验证,导电高分子聚合物的电导率、材料厚度、材料的结构及性质对材料的吸声性能会产生明显的影响。这说明材料的导电性、厚度、微观结构等因素与材料的声学性质密切相关,通过控制导电高分子颗粒与石墨的量制备导电性能高的薄膜材料来对吸声性能的研究是完全可行。一定条件下,实现高分子微粒的特性阻抗和空隙中空气的声阻抗的匹配可有效的提高材料吸声性能。 在上述工作的基础上,结合石墨制备了导电高分子薄膜吸声材料,研究结果表明,具有柔性结构的导电高分子组成的薄膜吸声材料具有宽吸声频带和强吸声能力,在声波125Hz~4000Hz频率范围内的平均吸声系数大于0.5,最大吸声系数达到0.95,尤其是解决了一般吸声材料低频段吸声效果差的缺陷。该薄膜吸声材料的材质轻且薄,厚度只有0.1~0.6毫米、每平方米重量只有200~500 克。 |

This paper synthetizes higher conductive rate polyaniline, polypyrrole and PcCu first,then on the basis of the experienced research,according to different film technology,using self-made conductive polymers synthetizes conductive macromolecule sound-absorbing material.Meanwhile different factors of material was researched. In suspension polymerization, dispersion polymerization and emulsion polymerization methods,according to the molecular structure design of conductive polymers,the prerequisite is that the solubility and conductivity of polymer,synthetizes conjugate and conductive polymer with a series of different structure and grain size,such as polyaniline, polypyrrole, carboxyl PcCu and so on.Then uses epoxy resin and polyamide resin as the matrix constraint materials of sound-absorbing material .On preparation of conductive polymer particles on the assembling and acoustic properties research.And analyzes the influence of graphite to blend sound-absorbing material in polyaniline.At the same time, through optimizing the process ,under stability conditions,prepares of conductive polymers and graphite composite sound-absorbing material.This paper analyzes the influence of sound-absorbing material and performance through the mixing time, conductivity, surface microstructure, material thickness, test method.Experiments showed that electrical conductivity of conductive polymer , material thickness, material structure and material sound-absorbing properties will produce significant influence.This shows the conductivity, thickness, microcosmic structure are closely related to material factors such as the acoustic properties.Through controlling the number of conductive polymer particles and graphite,it is completely feasible to prepare high electric conductivity film to the study of sound-absorbing properties.Certain conditions, realizing the polymer particles characteristic impedance and gap of air acoustic impedance matching can effectively improve the material sound-absorbing performance.On the basis of the above work, preparated of conductive polymer film sound-absorbing material combining with graphite.The result shows that the conductive polymer with flexible structure is composed of film sound-absorbing material with wide and the strong absorption ability.In 125Hz ~ 4000Hz average absorption coefficient exceeds 0.5, maximum acoustic absorption coefficients reaches 0.95,especially solved defects which sound-absorbing material is poor in low frequency range.This sound-absorbing film quality is light and thin, thickness is only 0.1 ~ 0.6 millimeter, every square metre weighs only 200 ~ 500 grams. |
