| Sustaining marriage is more out of love than out of unique advantages of conventional marriage, such as the raising of children, the betterment of both social and economic status. If someone's current marriage hinders him or her to feel the genuine love, he or she will not stay motivated to keep it going on(from the perspective of personal development and satisfaction). In fact, the shortage of love has been taken as the reason to terminate marriage in many divorce cases nowadays, which shows love is of exceptional importance in contemporary marriage. |
