How to control your weight and keep fit

it is soon to become summary. can you share your experience with me. how to loose with and keep fit. recently, my parents and all my friends always say that I am fatter than that I came to japan. I also realized this matter, because I will weight myself, and I found that my weigh increased gradually. two of my friends do bodybuilding exercise every night, but i feel it is too tired. sorry i am a lazy gir l. I want to go on diet, but I cook the dinner for myself everyday, and i will eat a lot insensibly. how about you ? would like to share something with me here ? waiting for your join in . |

I think you should eat less,never eat too much . when you have a lunch or dinner ,eat slowlly please. If you have a full stomach,please don't eat anymore. Second ,you can play badminton,play table tennis,or just run(whatever sport you like ) twice a week. |

Well,I take a dance class of 2h once a week on sunday. Besides,playing badminton with my roommate. I don not care much about my weight,though I am a little fatter than other three girls in my room. Anyway,health is the first concern. [ 发自手机版 http://muchong.com/3g ] |

my dear friend, thank you that you give me so many suggestions. actually, i think that health and happy is the most important things, and I am satisfy with myself. however, some times, when i go see some girl so slim, I will be consider that If I become a little thinner, may be I will be more beautiful and more confident, and I will buy more beautiful clothe. maybe because I am not confident enough. |

Try to eat less rice but more vegetables and fruits,I stop eating as soon as I feel stomach 70-80 percent full; Try to avoid junk food and drinking to much beer,if I have time,I would rather eat at home. Do exercises regularly,if you can control you stomach and do sports,you can control your weight. |

| Don't eatting too much erery time escept night.iIf you are hungery account for you are burning fat,you will lose weight if you keep it reguarly.And if you are too hungery,you can eat some furit before eatting.You must do more exercise if you want to lose weight quickly.Good luck to you.You will be more beautiful girl. |
