[交流] How to control your weight and keep fit

it is soon to become summary. can you share your experience with me.
how to loose with and keep fit.

recently, my parents and all my friends always say that I am fatter than that I came to japan. I also realized this matter, because I will weight myself, and I found that my weigh increased gradually. two of my friends do bodybuilding exercise every night, but i feel it is too tired.

I want to go on diet, but I cook the dinner for myself everyday, and i will eat a lot insensibly.

I think you should eat less,never eat too much . when you have a lunch or dinner ,eat slowlly please. If you have a full stomach,please don't eat anymore.
Second ,you can play badminton,play table tennis,or just run(whatever sport you like ) twice a week.
