how to loose with and keep fit.

recently, my parents and all my friends always say that I am fatter than that I came to japan. I also realized this matter, because I will weight myself, and I found that my weigh increased gradually. two of my friends do bodybuilding exercise every night, but i feel it is too tired.

Well，I take a dance class of 2h once a week on sunday. Besides，playing badminton with my roommate. I don not care much about my weight，though I am a little fatter than other three girls in my room. Anyway，health is the first concern.
