it is soon to become summary. can you share your experience with me.
how to loose with and keep fit.

recently, my parents and all my friends always say that I am fatter than that I came to japan. I also realized this matter, because I will weight myself, and I found that my weigh increased gradually. two of my friends do bodybuilding exercise every night, but i feel it is too tired.

I want to go on diet, but I cook the dinner for myself everyday, and i will eat a lot insensibly.

Don't eatting too much erery time escept night.iIf you are hungery account for you are burning fat,you will lose weight if you keep it reguarly.And if you are too hungery,you can eat some furit before eatting.You must do more exercise if you want to lose weight quickly.Good luck to you.You will be more beautiful girl.
