We cannot accommodate PDF manuscript files for production purposes. We also ask that when submitting your revision you follow the journal formatting guidelines. Figures and tables may be embedded within the source file for the submission as long as they are of sufficient resolution for Production. For any figure that cannot be embedded within the source file (such as *.PSD Photoshop files), the original figure needs to be uploaded separately. Highlights (mandatory)

Highlights consist of a short collection of bullet points that convey the core findings of the article and should be submitted in a separate file in the online submission system. Dear Dr.xx,

I thank you for your submission, but a preliminary examination of it has led to the comment that your method is not shown to be more effective or to reveal a greater understanding of error reduction, compared with previous publications on the subject. For instance the methods described in; Applied Mechanics and Materials, xxx, pp xxx and Key Engineering Materials, xxx, which you have not referenced in your paper. Unless this can be done the paper cannot be acceptable for publication in the IJMTM. If you think you can deal with this matter I invite you to revise the paper and resubmit it, together with a statement of the changes you have made. If you cannot do this I suggest you withdraw the paper and submit it to a journal oriented to production engineering. Another point that has been raised it that Fig.9 does not clearly show the significance of the effect of your compensation system. I emphasise that if you do resubmit the paper I cannot guarantee it will be accepted ultimately.
