[求助] 这个审稿意见是好还是坏？？如何回答审稿人的问题等？已有3人参与

投了一个小杂志，整整等了半年，终于等到了编辑部的回复，内容如下，大家帮我看下，希望大不大？？？此外回答审稿人提出的问题时，如何回答？  是一问一答的形式？在上传修改稿是是不是单独创建一个word文件，对审稿人得问题进行解答？？此外如何在修改的文章中体现对审稿人得回答？？？屌丝博士人生第一篇小SCI，影响因子不高，只求毕业，最后。谢谢大家了。
Dear Mr. Li:

Please be as specific as possible in your response to the reviewer(s).

IMPORTANT:  Your original files are available to you when you upload your revised manuscript.  Please delete any redundant files before completing the submission.

Because we are trying to facilitate timely publication of manuscripts submitted to Synthesis and Reactivity in Inorganic, Metal-Organic, and Nano-Metal Chemistry, your revised manuscript should be uploaded as soon as possible.  If it is not possible for you to submit your revision in a reasonable

此外这句话"Nevertheless, we do hope that you will be able to undertake the additional work on the paper and look forward to receiving a revised manuscript in due course." 是需要在补数据么？？？？这段话自己不太明白，希望大家解答疑惑
