解析:主干分析：主语The day +谓语 affect+宾语 their relationships+状语with real-life people（介词+名词 做状语）
       that引导宾语从句做spend的宾语
       句子还原为：the children spend the day in their one-way relationships /with television people (undoubtedly)   affect their relationships with real-life people
       译文：孩子们看电视只是一种单向交流，时间长了（the day的意译）无疑会影响他们与现实生活中其他人的关系。
