[求助] 有关序列提交 已有1人参与

本人提交一段DNA序列，以前提交很容易，可是这次提交很奇怪各种问题，序列里面含三段cDNA，location里面不知道怎么弄了，怎么填写都不对，总是出现Stop codon '*' is found in the range.ORF查了，CDS也查了，关于DDBJ里面的location到底应该怎么填写呢？？？
这是搜索的信息，但不知道自己的是哪一类，是不是从ORF里面找start/stop codon，然后（。。）括出来三段呢，还是怎么弄？ 有没有高手懂啊 ？？

467        Points to a single base 467 in the presented sequence.
123^124        Points to a site between bases 123 and 124

你这个我也碰到过，没有关系，你注释文献报道的那个阅码框就行了，不是所有的ATG就是起始密码子。

可是我应该怎么提交呢？ 现在问题是这种情况提交不了。。。
