有关序列提交 已有1人参与

本人提交一段DNA序列，以前提交很容易，可是这次提交很奇怪各种问题，序列里面含三段cDNA，location里面不知道怎么弄了，怎么填写都不对，总是出现Stop codon '*' is found in the range.ORF查了，CDS也查了，关于DDBJ里面的location到底应该怎么填写呢？？？ 这是搜索的信息，但不知道自己的是哪一类，是不是从ORF里面找start/stop codon，然后（。。）括出来三段呢，还是怎么弄？ 有没有高手懂啊 ？？ 340..565 Points to a continuous range of bases bounded by and including bases 340 and 565. complement(261..457) Points to a continuous range of bases bounded by and including bases 261 and 457 on complementary strand. <345..500 Indicates that the location begins at some base previous to base 345 and continues to and includes base 500.
