以本实验室特有的附加结球甘蓝染色体的大白菜—结球甘蓝异附加系及其自交后代植株为试材,开展了形态学性状观测、营养品质测定及抗虫性鉴定,分析结球甘蓝外源染色体对大白菜性状的影响,为进一步创制添加结球甘蓝有益性状的大白菜渐渗系提供导向和依据,为深入开展结球甘蓝目标性状的QTLs定位奠定基础;建立了大白菜与结球甘蓝的flcCO基因特异分子标记,并利用基因特异分子标记对异附加系flc来源进行鉴定分析;同时利用与甘蓝抗霜霉病和抗芜菁花叶病毒基因连锁的SCAR标记对异附加系进行分析鉴定。首创了大白菜遗传背景下结球甘蓝FLCs同源基因的鉴定方法,为近缘种属同源基因的鉴定开辟了新途径,为近缘种属同源基因相互作用研究奠定基础。

The laboratory specific Chinese cabbage-cabbage addition lines  and their selfing progenies were used as materials in this study. They were tested by means of identification of morphology, analysis of nutritional quality and insect identification. It may analyze the effect on Chinese cabbage with alien chromosomes of cabbage, and will provide the practical and theoretical basis for creating Chinese cabbage introgression lines with beneficial cabbage traits, and will lay a foundation for studying the genetic goal of QTLs mapping. Specific molecular markers were successfully established to genotype FLCs and CO genes in genome Chinese cabbage and cabbage, and alien addition lines FLCs sources were identified by these specific molecular markers. Alien addition lines were identified by SCAR marker cabbage resistant to downy mildew resistance and Turnip mosaic virus gene linkage. It opened up new avenues for the closely related species of FLCs homologous gene and would lay the foundation for homologous genes interaction studies and the case of the identification of homologous genes for closely related species.
