以乙酸和异戊醇为原料,环己烷作带水剂,用732阳离子交换树脂催化合成乙酸异戊酯。探讨了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间、反应温度对合成乙酸异戊酯的影响。结果表明,合成较佳工艺条件:异戊醇11ml、乙酸10ml、环己烷6ml、催化剂0.9g,保温回流2h,乙酸异戊酯的平均产率为54.6%。采用732阳离子交换树脂作催化剂较传统浓硫酸催化剂合成法具有催化效率高、酯的产率较高、对环境污染较小,催化剂可重复使用等优点。

Acetic acid and isoamylol were used as material, cyclohexane as water-carrying regent to synthesis isoamyl acetate catalyzed by 732 cation exchange resin. The amount of catalyst, proportion of material, reaction time and temperation were discussed. As a result, the better conditions of synthesis process were 11 ml of isoamylol, 10ml of acetic acid, 6ml of cyclohexane and 0.9g of catalyst with circulation reflux for 2h under constant temperature, the isoamyl acetate productive rate was 54.6% on anerage. The advantages of 732 cation exchange resin catalyst were as follows compard to traditional concentrated sulfuric acid: more efficiency, higher productive rate for ester, less environmental pollution and catalyst can be reused.
