To conclude, the article can not be published in its present state. The
proposed method, even if it is not based on a new idea and provides not very
di erent results from more traditional approaches, is, however, of some interest and may be suitable for publication if revised and corrected. What I am suggesting is that you perform a very careful correction process before sending again the article.
