Example 2.1considering "a set of six houses under the consideration of a decision maker to purchase" is typically considered in current literature regarding the focus faced ([1], [2], [3]…). The author could have outlined such a feature …… Note 2. A more detailed comparison with similar methods based on "adjustable approach to interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets based decision making", available in current literature [4], could be useful to outline features and improvements of the proposed model. Note 3. Some calculations regarding data in the mid-threshold in line 57 of Example 3.2, could be reported in detail. This could be useful to the practice of the "novel approach". Note 4.
