关于2^-△△CT结果的处理

各位老师好： 想请教下，进行相对定量后，直接进行2^-△△CT后得出结果就好了，今天看待一个MODULE 5的PPT中有这样的一个描述： 如果求出来的数值有小数点，即为零点几，就应该用1/X，然后在前面加负号？最后的那个2.96换成指数就是0.1285，但是它又进行了一个转换，得到-7.8. 我不知道是否应该做？很其它文章的处理类型不同啊？这样做最后的统计结果也会受影响吧，PPT内容见下： 谢谢各位老师！  1.jpg  2.jpg |

It is a game of mathematics! OK, let's say, if you had 100 apples at the beginning, then you lost 50, only 50 in your hand. We can say that your apples now only 10% of your original quantities. Or, if you want to say, how many times did you get your decrease of your apples comparing with your original? It should be 2 time decrease (减少一倍 or 原来是现在的二倍，100/50=2)． Right? OK, so far so good. Let's put it in your case. For your case, you can use 2^-△△CT directly and put your results there, the last one is 0.1285. But if you want to say in another way (like the apple case above), how many times your sample decrease comparing with your non-treatment, you could not say 0.1285, it display as -(1/x). Here 1/x means the number of times you compare your treatment with your non-treatment. "-" means that is a decrease. 1/0.1285=7.8, so it means your original group is as 7.8 times much as your 48hr treatment samples. It always happens when we want to emphasize the importance of something. If you say after 48 hours, the target decrease to 0.1285 of the control group, it sounds not as that kind of shock effects as the target decrease around 7 times (7.8-1).
