gromacs能做到么？

请教大家一个问题，看传热方面文献：文献写到：we heat the nanotube instantaneously to 500 K by rescaling the velocities of carbon atoms in the nanotube, and the system is then allowed to relax without a thermostat。文献没说明是用什么软件做的。在此，请教大家几个个问题：by rescaling the velocities of carbon atoms in the nanotube是怎么做的？我是在position restraint 中设置不同温度，使cnt的温度达到指定的500k，不知道对不对？第二个问题：relax without a thermostat ，是在mdp文件中把 Tcoulp=no吗？ 还是 Tcoupl = no tau_t = 0.1 0.1 tc_grps = cnt pa ref_t = 500 323 第三个问题：gromacs能像lampps那样指定增加或移除能量吗？能实现么？ 三个问题，谢谢大家了，感激不尽！！！ |
