鲁米诺是一种常见的化学发光试剂，以鲁米诺为发光试剂的化学发光分析可以对许多金属离子以及有机物进行测定。同时鲁米诺也是一种荧光试剂。具有光催化活性的二氧化钛纳米粒子，能在光激发下产生强氧化性的含氧自由基等一类强氧化剂，并能够氧化鲁米诺发光。初步试验证明，以鲁米诺为荧光试剂，加入的二氧化钛纳米粒子能够提高荧光分析法的灵敏度，据此，可以建立一种新的、高灵敏度的检测相关物质的定量分析方法。
