通过建立气-液喷射混合流场,用PLIF技术对气-液喷射反应器内液滴直径分布状况进行了研究,得到了不同气液流量下液滴直径的分布状况。在液相流量不变时,随气相体积流率的增大,喷射器内液滴直径,液滴直径平均直径逐渐减小,液滴直径分布范围减小。气相流率不变时,随液相流率的增大,液滴直径逐渐减小,分布范围减小

Through establishing Gas - Liquid Jet mixing flow, we studied the droplet diameter distribution inside gas - liquid jet reactor by using PLIF technique and got distribution of droplet diameter under different gas and liquid flow.  At a constant liquid flow, with increasing of the gas flow rate, the jet inside the mean droplet diameter decreases and the distribution of droplet diameters narrows. At a constant gas flow rate, with increasing of the liquid flow rate, the droplet diameter decreases and the distribution narrows also.

While at a constant gas flow rate, with increasing of the liquid flow rate, the droplet diameter decreases and the distribution narrows subsequently.
