等翻译达人翻译这个短文，如果翻译的可以，五十个金币送上！谢谢！！！！！！！！！！ 目前，中小企业己成为世界各国的经济基础和社会经济中最活跃的因素，为推动社会进步作出了巨大贡献。中小企业在推进河南省新农村建设、增加农民收入、提供就业岗位等方面，发挥了巨大作用。在河南省提出构建“中原经济区”的背景下，中小企业作为构建“中原经济区”的主要力量，将发挥重要作用。然而，受诸多因素的影响，河南省中小企业融资困难的问题却日益突出，因此对中小企业融资困境问题进行研究，针对其融资困难难的成因提出针对性的对策，从而促使中小企业突破融资瓶颈，健康稳定发展。本文以生命周期理论和融资次序理论为基础，采用问卷调查法、定量及定性分析法、宏观分析与微观分析相结合等方法对河南省中小企业融资现状进行了调查分析，发现河南省中小企业融资渠道单一，资金来源主要是内源性融资，外源性融资依赖银行信贷，而银行出于风险规避和成本考虑惜贷现象严重，企业只能寻求高利率的民间资金，民间资金的成本过高。导致中小企业陷入融资困境的因素主要有：企业内部治理结构不合理、信用较差、财务状况不透明、中小企业支持体系不健全、缺少专门为中小企业服务的中小银行、担保体制不健全等。并结合河南省的现状，提出解决中小企业融资困难题主要应对措施：一方面政府政策予以适当的扶持或政策上的倾斜、更利于中小企业的发展；另一方面中小企业要提升自身经营管理水平、强化信用意识；同时建立民间中小银行和多层次的资本市场，满足不同发展阶段的中小企业的融资需求，推动中小企业健康稳步发展。 关键词：中小企业 融资困难 对策建议 |

Lead to small and medium-sized enterprises in the financing difficulties are the major factors: enterprise internal management structure unreasonable, credit is bad, the financial situation is not transparent, small and medium-sized enterprise support system is not perfect, the lack of dedicated service for small and medium enterprises of small and medium-sized Banks, guarantee system and the imperfect, etc. And the present situation in henan province and puts forward the solution to small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problem basically measures: on the one hand the government policy support or appropriately policy tilt, favors the sme development; On the other hand, small and medium-sized enterprises want to enhance management level, strengthen credit consciousness; Meanwhile establish folk small and medium-sized Banks and multi-tiered capital market, meet different development stages of small and medium-sized enterprises, promote the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprise healthy and steady development.
