[交流] 求助，句子中的某些单词的特殊用法

One of Dara Torres’ trainers is walking all over me. Literally. I’m lying on my stomach as Steve Sierra concentrates his entire 160 lb. (75 kg) on my glutes and hamstrings.
上述句子中的：
（1）walk all over 中的all什么意思
（2）lay on my stomach 是不是趴着的意思

（2）lay on my stomach 是不是趴着的意思
不是，指的是胃不舒服，像胃胀之类的！

（1）all part？是个主语从句中的，不必断章取义地去计较。all和part分考理解
（2）credit 怎么翻译？（和with搭配表示：归因于）
