本人想要做与我的菌种序列的进化树，但是不会用BLAST与GenBank中其他序列比对，请大家帮忙比对一下，然后把结果下载给我，或者教我怎么比对和下载结果，万分感谢！急用。。。

你先进NCBI网站http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/，点右边的BLAST。
在新窗口中的BLAST Assembled RefSeq Genomes。下点击Microbes 微生物。
在  Enter your query sequence as Accession/GI or FASTA: 下面的框中贴入你的序列。点一下下面的sellect all. 再点下BLAST。
就可以看结果了。
你的结果：乳酸菌和链球菌也许匹配点。自己看吧。我不是学微生物的，所以说的很主观，但基本就是上面的方法（初级版）
下面分别是：基因号，物种，匹配分值（越高越匹配），e值（越低越匹配）

给你一个有99个序列的结果，都是BLAST前面的99个，有一个是基因组的，没有给你
