收到了一个评审意见，这个意见算拒稿吗 已有2人参与

前段时间往sensors投了篇论文，今天收到一个评审意见。 Originality / Novelty : Low Significance of Content : Low Quality of Presentation : Low Scientific Soundness : High Interest to the readers : High Overall Merit ： Low Comments and Suggestions for Authors: English Language and Style ( ) English language and style are fine ( ) Minor spell check required (x) Extensive editing of English language and style required ( ) I don't feel qualified to judge about the English Language and Style The paper proposes a xxxxx。。。 - Novelty: TV models have been used to solve the SR problem. MM has been used to solve inverse problems in the context of TV (for example, Fieguerdo et al, reference [27].) The only novelty is in the use of the specific solver for TV for the SR problem. This is too little to warrant publication in a journal. - Introduction is unneccesarily long and controversial. There is no need to discuss the limiations of sensor design. - Introduction should have a statement of contributions. - In page 2, the paper has the following statement: "There is a growing interest in the use of image sensor array exemplified by the thin observation module by bound optics architecture. " a good place to cite: Jun et al. "Thin observation module by bound optics (TOMBO) : concept and experimental verification", Applied optics, 2001 - Also good to cite: Ben-ezra and Nayar, Jitter Camera. - The paper shows real results but there is no mention of the specifics of the capture device. A schematic of the sensor is shown Figure 1 but again no details are specified. 目前只收到这一个专家的意见，Novelty里有句话：This is too little to warrant publication in a journal. 这算是拒稿吗？还有可能给大修吗 |
