这个拒稿意见能反应出哪些问题 已有2人参与

前段时间投稿被拒，是在还没送审情况下给拒的，给的意见如下： The paper is clearly written and is within the scope of the Journal. Microstructural development is central to the content. We regret, however, that in the present context of high submission rates to the Journal, we are unable to accept the paper for publication as the progress and generic science contained in the paper, though real, is too incremental. More specifically, it is incremental compared with ref [11] - in fact at least two of the figures in the present paper also appear in reference [11]. The advance in understanding of microstructural development is reasonable, although some less severely etched specimens revealing the presumed glassy phase more clearly in addition to figs 2 and 4 would have improved the presentation. However, the science involved (competition between crystallisation and growth rates etc.) has been reported previously in related systems. In summary, the paper is good but the progress compared to previous work is not sufficient. Given its very direct relationship with reference [11] it may be a good idea to submit the current paper to the same journal. 本来已中了一篇，将剩投余的数据整理了一下又了个稍差的杂志，（文中有两张图片重复），现在这个杂志也要足够的创新性所以给据了（还有。我想知道从上面的话可以得出哪些暗含的信息呢，比如说除了文章的创新性不足外，文章本身到底是写的像他所说的the paper is good 吗，这是不是客套话？投其它杂志有一稿多投的嫌疑吗？ |
