文章终审被拒了，申诉还是改投？有机会吗？ 已有4人参与

心情比较低落，之前中过一篇这个杂志，后来又投了一篇，审了2个月，没有修改（错误确实很少，2个审稿人意见都这样），最后with editor 2个月，今天收到主编final decision。2个审稿人意见差别很大，关键在于结果的新异性上。。大家看看主编的回信： Dear Mr. x, Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received. Although the revievers' opinions were split, I regret to inform you that the final advice is against publication of your work. Therefore I must reject it. The reviewers' comments can be found at the end of this email or can be accessed by following the provided link. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work. I do hope we would be able to render more positive decisions on your eventual future submissions. Yours sincerely 2个审稿人意见： Reviewer #1: The manuscript describes identification and cloning of lotus expansin gene, phylogenic analysis as well as expression pattern of identified expansin gene during lotus development. The study was well planed, all the procedures and obtained results were detailed described. Unfortunately, expansin genes have been already characterized in various plant species and the results provided by Authors do not bring significant information in the field. In my opinion there is lack of functional analysis e.g. on protein level. Therefore I can not recommend the manuscript for publication in Reviewer #2 The manuscript addresses important aspect of expansin genes in lotus. It was found well-prepared and presented. Very minor suggestions: 1. Line 55; the reference regarding lotus production is old (2004). Please give recent information. 2. Figure 2. No need to show bootstrap values lower than 50%. 3. Legend to Fig. 2: replace “using” with “in” in first line (No. 171). Delete “and the option of p-distance” in line 172. Add after branches. “The evolutionary distances were computed using method of p-distance”. |
