[求助] 帮忙翻译一小段话 已有1人参与

热心的虫友们,请帮忙翻译一段语句“由于分离得到的化合物量较少,没有对其进行深入的作用机制研究。然而,通过化学分析我们发现该植物提取物的其他部位也含有大量的木脂素苷类成分。因此需要进一步富集、分离与鉴定木脂素苷类化合物,对其抗溃疡性结肠炎作用机理进行研究。”谢谢大家

because of the compounds were isolated from quantity is less, not to the mechanism of action of further research. However, through chemical analysis we found that the other parts of the plant extracts can also contain a lot of wooden fat element composition of glycosides. Therefore need to be further enrichment, separation and identification of wooden fat element nucleoside compounds, the ulcerative colitis resistance mechanism were studied.

由于分离得到的化合物量较少,没有对其进行深入的作用机制研究。然而,通过化学分析我们发现该植物提取物的其他部位也含有大量的木脂素苷类成分。因此需要进一步富集、分离与鉴定木脂素苷类化合物,对其抗溃疡性结肠炎作用机理进行研究。

Due to the fact that only a limited  number of compounds were isolated, we have yet to conduct  a mechanistic study on the action. Nevertheless, by analysis we found that there are a large number of lignan glycoside compounds existing in the other portion of the plant extract. It is therefore necessary to further enrich, separate and identify these  lignan glycosides, and study the mechanism behind its activities in midigating ulcerative colitis.
