[求助] NCBI提交基因组序列，工作人员回信，大家看看是什么意思，谢谢啦！！！！ 已有1人参与

前段时间给NCBI提交了一段全基因组序列，过了几天工作人员给回信过来，大家看看下面的回信是什么意思，谢谢啦！！！！

Dear XXXXX,

        Thank you for your Lactobacillus plantrum NMR-5 genome submission. Before we can assign your accession number, there are a few issues that require your attention:

[1] This appears to be a complete and circularized genome.  Please let us know if this is not the case.

[2] If you do not plan to submit your own annotation, we would like to run your complete unannotated genome and plasmid through the NCBI prokaryotic  annotation pipeline.  Having annotation on the complete bacterial  genomes is very useful to the scientific community.

[3] If you would like us to annotate your genome, please let us know if you would like to review the data or for us to release the annotation without your review.

[4] Have you registered a genome project and BioSample for your genomes?  If you have, please provide the ID numbers that were returned.  If you have not, please register your genome and locus_tag prefix at:

https://submit.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/subs/bioproject/

Register your BioSample at:

https://submit.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/subs/biosample/

[5] Please provide the following information:

    --coverage (if appropriate)
    --Was this assembly based on a reference genome?  If so,
    please provide the accession number for the reference genome that was used.

[6] It has been brought to our attention that it can be extremely
difficult to find the source DNA/bacteria for many of the bacteria for
which there are complete genomes. Sometimes the submitting centers are not the ones who have the source DNA or bacteria strain.

In light of this difficulty, we are now asking submitters to provide
DNA/bacteria source information to us. A single line is satisfactory--
'Source DNA is available from....'; 'Bacteria available from...', where a
name and email address or culture collection information is given.

Please let us know if you have any questions about these comments.

【1】你提交的可能是环状的基因组序列，如果不是，你要及时通知我们
【2】如果你不打算注释你提交的序列，我们将帮你注释，注释后的基因组信息是一个非常有用的科研工具。
【3】如果你让我们来注释基因组信息，请告知我们你是否要核查注释后的数据信息或者我们注释后就直接将信息披露出去
【4】你以前为你的基因组提交过相应的生物样品吗？如果有，请告知我们当时我们返给你的ID号。注：你的基因组是新的，那么所对应的生物样品也该是未曾在NCBI上登记的，所以要登记下。
【5】请提供相关信息：1.完整度2你提供的序列信息是否由相关序列组装起来的，如果是，请提交那些序列的登录号
总之，你要让别人相信你提交的数据，你要提供更详细的信息，对其进行注释或由他们注释，其次你要提供该基因组信息的DNA来源，如哪一种菌株等！！！GOOD LUCK!

还没有成功，那边的工作人员很仔细，现在还在校对，应该快了

楼主谢谢您回了我。我的序列是外面测序公司做的，有几年了，我现在要提交，现在NCBI那边管我要，motif_summary.csv 文件，我想应该是组装方面的，但是测序公司没有给我任何关于组装的数据，楼主您提交的序列时，NCBI要了吗？您测序用的是什么平台，我不知是不是因为我的用到了PacBio 测序技术，他才管我要的，我真的是不懂这些，希望您能给我一些帮助，我很急要提交序列！非常感谢您！！

我的已经提交成功了，现在已经给我们安排了基因组编号，我们也是三代测序的，PacBio平台，和你们一样，有一个软件很好用，只要在上面书号就可以，另外还要注册BioSample等信息，祝你成功
