本人刚投了第一篇文章： 一审2个审稿人，我5天后修回； 二审，送至原先的一个审稿人 Reviewer(s)' Comments to Author: Referee: 2 Rating: Routine Recommendation: Reject Comments to the Author The authors have made some changes to their original manuscript in line with referee comments - but in doing so have introduced new errors and inconsistencies. It is no better than the original and on seeing this routine chemistry a second time with no real improvement, I see no option but to reject.The manuscript has been amended from its original submission but the use of English has not improved, the schematic is worse from use of a format that does not meet international criteria (numerical subscripts are for the number of groups while superscripts define compound types), and the conclusions are given little if any more emphasis or explanation. 9月18日，我给主编写了回信，要求重新修改，希望能re-submit,重新提交。 之后，系统出现：” 1 Unsubmitted and Manuscripts in Draft “， 请教高手指点，这是什么情况？编辑同意重新修改后提交吗？ 谢谢！ |

I have had another look at your manuscript and the referees comments, and if you are able to fully address all of the referees concerns and substantially improve the paper, we would be willing to consider a resubmission of the work.
