| 亲们，有谁知道E.coli numbering是什么意思，在看放线菌中的MAR1，说这类放线菌的E.coli numbering的Nucleotide position(16S rRNA)的有些碱基比较特殊，可是看测序结果时没有发现这些位置碱基的特殊性，E.coli numbering是不是不是提交的序列中的信息？求助，非常感谢。 |
