[求助] 为什么用material studio计算构象收索的时候会出现下面的情况啊

用material studio 的conformer计算二螺吲哚的结构中构象旋转的能量，其二面角为两个吲哚环之间的旋转位阻。如果直接选择如图上附件1里面的二面角， 用的方法是systematic grid scan, 用的算法是campass，构象优化用smart。 其得到的结果如下： ERROR: Searching for conformers Structure contains ring torsions but no ring closure bonds.   Ring closure bonds are required to generate conformations of rings. 当我选择其中ring closure bond 时(如附件2)，得到的结果却是如下： ERROR: Searching for conformers There are no usable torsions defined on the reference structure. 大家能不能帮我看看问题出在哪里啊？ twist angle.jpg flexible one bond marked in green.jpg
