[求助] 求前辈解读审稿意见已有3人参与

投了一篇SCI，给了两个审稿人的意见。是不是拒搞了？好好修改之后录用可能性大么？

Comments to the Author
No notation guide is available, its very hard to grabs the theorem available, some more elaborations needed in-order to verify their claim
the claim of efficiency also needs some verification, I dont know but how the authors be able to claim 1.17 offline & 1.29 online exponentiation of SMEN and improved SMEN protocol
A proper justification is required for both the theorems and efficiency requirements

Comments to the AuthorThe introduction of this paper need more explanation for the problem and the solution, it looks like another Literature survey.
table 1 need more explanation even the heading of the table, since it contain the main conclusion and the summary of the paper.
