The authors must improve the paper by:
The results section must be improved. Especially, the quality of figures. It is not easy to understand the robot trajectories. Another form of presentation must be considered.
What differences will be in real robot implementation.

Reviewer #2: In this paper, Considering dynamic environment with the least path length constraint?cooperative path planning algorithm for multiple mobile robot systems is developed. Simulation results are provided.

However, the overall quality of paper is not enough for journal publication. The proposed distributed prioritized planning method is straightforward and the contribution is minor.

Some grammar typos: "with geometrical constrains", etc. Many equations are given in a bad way.
