1.Have the manuscript read and corrected by a colleague proficient in English before submission of the revised manuscript or have the manuscript corrected by a professional.
2.Your compliance herewith must be confirmed in your letter of resubmission.
第一句我明白是在提交修回稿时要找人修改语言，找同事或者专业公司，
但第二节我怎么也读不懂对方的潜台词，
难道对方要语言证明？
难道对方要我自己在文中声明一下？
他到底啥意思呢，愁死我了，如果找语言公司修改，要花费很多时间和金钱吧？
