We agree with the comments made by one of the referees that although your findings are interesting they do not represent a sufficient basis for publication of a communication at the present time. If, on the other hand, you have in the meantime obtained new results that are pertinent to the referees' comments, we would be willing to reassess an appropriately supplemented manuscript. The revised version will be assigned a new registration number and date of receipt in our files and will be sent back to the referees. If you do wish to follow this option, please submit your revised manuscript as a new submission through www.manuscriptxpress.com. In the title field (but not in the manuscript title itself), please enter the word REVISION followed by the title. Please explain in the accompanying cover letter which changes you have made (and, more importantly, which you have not, giving reasons for this).
