论文被拒啦,其中一个审稿意见贼少,哎,审稿人咋这样子呢?下一步咋办呢?文章都不知道从何改起

The authors present simulation results of particle holography - for both inline and off-axis configuration. The emphasis is the use of generalized Lorenz-Mie theory (GLMT) for generating the hologram data. The papers have been well structured and written.

The big concern I have is what advantage the proposed approach has when compared to conventional reconstruction algorithms.
As pointed out, the GLMT method is able to simulate particle samples in 3D volume, that is usually hard using conventional Fresnel or convolution methods. However, the authors still use double fractional Fourier transform for their reconstruction. Therefore, the reconstruction can still only provide result slice-wise. The adjustment of fractional order parameter is not easy.

If I'm right, the authors use the hologram directly for reconstruction. This created all the problems that the authors attempted to solve for (dependence on sample illumination). Therefore, I don't think this work is useful.
Once the diffracted object wave is derived from the cross-term in holograms (by using phase-shifting technique or filtering in case of off-axis configuration), the illumination function should not affect the reconstruction.

This manuscript performs a simulation study on the holography reconstruction of micro particles. It provides several examples on holography reconstruction using different types of illuminating beams. Although technically sound, I think it is too thin for Applied Optics.

貌似第一个的意思是缺乏与传统方法的对比
第二个 too thin 太单薄了?楼主正文几页?
如果觉得文章分量足够,建议按照第一个审稿人的意见,加几组对比,反正你这是simulation,也就满足了第二个审稿人的要求,显得不那么thin了。
