1. Add the sample (2 to 3 mg as Nitrogen) into Kjeldahl flask(A) 2. Also add ·Ö½â´ÙßM„ˆ to (A) 3. Some amount of sample adhere to the neck of flask, so wash by small amount water. 4. Add 7 mL of ÁòËá to (A) 5. Mix and add 1 mL of H2O2(ß^Ëá»¯Ë®ËØ) to (A) quietly. 6. Heat (A) gradually. ÁòËá change from gas to solution on the neck of (A) is good condition. 7. The solution which is in (A) change color from blue to green, and (A)Àï±ßûÓÐ carbon, then stop heating. 8. Add small amount of H2O2 to (A), and heat again. 9. After stop heating, add 20mL of water to (A) to cool. 10. Equip ÕôÁô×°ÖÃ(‡í1.08£1) with another flask. * ÕôÁô×°ÖÃ(‡í1.08£1) need to wash by Ë®ÕôšÝ. 11. Add 15mL of Boric-acid solution(¥Û¥¦ËáÈÜÒº(1¡ú25)) to (K) 12. Add 3 drops of Bromocresol green, Methyl red solutions, and add water. 13. Immersed in this solution(12) the cooler bottom of the (J) 14. Add 30mL of NaOH(2¡ú5) from Funnel(F), and wash by water. 15. Close pinch cock with rubber tube(G). 16. Distillate and get 80 to 100 mL of ÁôÒº. 17. Bottom of (J) take off from surface of the solution, and wash by small amount water bottom of (J). 18. Titrate by 0.005mol/L of ÁòËá <2.50> *change color green ¡ú light gray blue ¡ú Light gray red purple (this is end point of titration). 19.
