| 初筛时每个样品单浓度设双复孔，抑制率大于50%的样品进行假阳性排除实验,确证为阳性的测定IC50值，测定时每个样品梯度稀释六个浓度，每个浓度设双复孔。根据抑制率，应用Xlfit软件中的4 Parameter Logistic Model计算IC50 |

Single concentration of each sample was set double hole when screening preliminarily. Samples, which its inhibition rate of more than 50%,were taken false positive exclusion test.Confirmed the determination of IC50 values for the positive test.Gradient of each sample was diluted six concentration when determining.Each concentration was set a double hole.According to the rate of inhibition,IC50 was calculated by 4 Parameter Logistic Mode of Xlfit. |
