【求助】帮忙翻译一下啊 已有2人参与

Based on the ionic nature of Al2O3, Lucovsky postulated that Al2O3 consists of tetrahedrally coordinated Al in AlO4− units and octahedrally coordinated Al3+ in a ratio of 3:1 to assure charge neutrality. However, tetrahedrally coordinated Al was found to be dominant at the interface. This dominance was attributed to the fact that Si in the interfacial SiOx film also has a tetrahedral coordination. 到底该怎么理解好呢，为啥Si是tetrahedral coordination就会导致 Al也是tetrahedral coordination ？ 谢啦 |
