Liquid Stevia extracted from hot water contains large amounts of protein, organic acids, saponins, chlorophyll, inorganic salts and some other impurities. Currently, the impurity flocculation for the liquiid extracted from stevia leaf is very complicated, in which iron salts or aluminum salts such as inorganic low molecular weight flocculant are usually used as a coagulant and the milk of lime as additive for acid-base neutralization reaction, forming a coagulating sedimentation.  |
