The studies on adsorption properties  of Bentonite on meloxicam tablets
Abstract: Ca-bentonite and its modified products as adsorbents, the adsorption properties of bentonite on meloxicam tablets and other several anti-inflammatory drugs were studied in detail.Ca-bentonite and modified soil were analysed by XRD, FT-IR and other analysis methods, the adsorption of the bentonite on meloxicam tablets and other several anti-inflammatory drugs was discussed, and in conditions of artificial gastric juice and temperature ,the release situation of bentonite on drugs was studied. The results showed that compared with other several anti-inflammatory drugs, the adsorption of the bentonite on meloxicam tablets was better. The adsorption effects of bentonite modified with sodium, acid, magnesium on meloxicam tablets were not much different, but for the desorption, the bentonite modified with sodium was better than that of acid and magnesium .

study on adsorption capacity of Bentonite for meloxicam tablets

Abstract: Choosing Ca-bentonite and its modified products as adsorbents, a more detailed study of adsorption properties of bentonite for meloxicam tablets and other several anti-inflammatory drugs was conducted. Through analysis on Ca-bentonite and modified soil using XRD, FT-IR, the authors discussed adsorption properties of bentonite for meloxicam tablets and other several anti-inflammatory drugs, and analysed the release of drug in artificial gastric juice and body temperature condition. The results show that bentonite has nice absorption property on meloxicam comparing other anti-inflammatory drugs. And bentonite by modification of sodium, magnesium and acidification has similar absorption properties on meloxicam, but bentonite by modification of sodium has better desorption effect.

Abstract： In this paper, the rule of Anyang water calcium bentonite and its modified products as adsorbents, a more detailed study of the bentonite meloxicam tablets and other adsorption properties of several anti-inflammatory drugs. On Ca-bentonite and modified soil in the XRD, FT-IR and other analysis of the bentonite meloxicam tablets of several anti-inflammatory drugs such as adsorption, and in artificial gastric juice and temperature conditions of the expansion Run the release of the drug situation in soil. The results show that several anti-inflammatory drugs compared with other, bentonite meloxicam tablets better absorption. By sodium, acid, magnesium bentonite modification off meloxicam tablets little difference between adsorption, desorption results but better than the acidification of sodium and magnesium-based.
