|
膨润土对美洛昔康片的吸附性能研究 摘 要：以钙基膨润土及其改性产物作为吸附剂，较详细地研究了膨润土对美洛昔康片等几种消炎药的吸附性能。对钙基膨润土与改性土进行了XRD, FT-IR等分析，探讨了膨润土对美洛昔康片等几种消炎药的吸附，并在人工胃液与体温条件下研究了膨润土对药物的释放情况。实验结果表明，相对其他几种消炎药，膨润土对美洛昔康片的吸附较好。通过钠化、酸化、镁化改性过的膨润土对美洛昔康片的吸附效果区别不大，但脱附效果钠化优于酸化和镁化。 |

The studies on adsorption properties of Bentonite on meloxicam tablets Abstract: Ca-bentonite and its modified products as adsorbents, the adsorption properties of bentonite on meloxicam tablets and other several anti-inflammatory drugs were studied in detail.Ca-bentonite and modified soil were analysed by XRD, FT-IR and other analysis methods, the adsorption of the bentonite on meloxicam tablets and other several anti-inflammatory drugs was discussed,and in conditions of artificial gastric juice and temperature ,the release situation of bentonite on drugs was studied.The results showed that compared with other several anti-inflammatory drugs, the adsorption of the bentonite on meloxicam tablets was better.The adsorption effects of bentonite modified with sodium, acid, magnesium on meloxicam tablets were not much different,but for the desorption,the bentonite modified with sodium was better than that of acid and magnesium . |
