|
膨润土对美洛昔康片的吸附性能研究 摘 要：以钙基膨润土及其改性产物作为吸附剂，较详细地研究了膨润土对美洛昔康片等几种消炎药的吸附性能。对钙基膨润土与改性土进行了XRD, FT-IR等分析，探讨了膨润土对美洛昔康片等几种消炎药的吸附，并在人工胃液与体温条件下研究了膨润土对药物的释放情况。实验结果表明，相对其他几种消炎药，膨润土对美洛昔康片的吸附较好。通过钠化、酸化、镁化改性过的膨润土对美洛昔康片的吸附效果区别不大，但脱附效果钠化优于酸化和镁化。 |

study on adsorption capacity of Bentonite for meloxicam tablets Abstract: Choosing Ca-bentonite and its modified products as adsorbents, a more detailed study of adsorption properties of bentonite for meloxicam tablets and other several anti-inflammatory drugs was conducted. Through analysis on Ca-bentonite and modified soil using XRD, FT-IR, the authors discussed adsorption properties of bentonite for meloxicam tablets and other several anti-inflammatory drugs,and analysed the release of drug in artificial gastric juice and body temperature condition.The results show that bentonite has nice absorption property on meloxicam comparing other anti-inflammatory drugs.And bentonite by modification of sodium,magnesium and acidification has similar absorption properties on meloxicam, but bentonite by modification of sodium has better desorption effect. |
