| 血管经上述预处理后加入NE使其收缩，收缩稳定后用无Ca2+ K-H液（上述 K-H 液中除去 CaCl2,加入 EGTAL即可）洗脱至基线，再用等量NE在无Ca2+液中使血管收缩，收缩稳定后记录收缩值洗脱至基线。用含β-escin的无Ca2+K-H液温孵血管，换含钌红的无Ca2+K-H液温孵血管，加入NE收缩血管，收缩稳定后记录收缩值。计算此时NE 引起的收缩值相对于之前无Ca2+液中收缩值的百分比。 |
