1、本文针对当前我国对外经济法规汉英翻译的一些实际问题，探讨了以翻译规律来规范对外经济法规汉英翻译的可能性，提出了基本规律和特殊规律。本文指出，对外经济法规汉英翻译必须遵循建立在服从法律英语的语言特点和表达规律基础上的对外经济法规翻译规律。研究结果表明这些规律都是通过分析法规译文中的典型错误，结合国内外翻译理论进行总结归纳才提出的，对经济法规的翻译实践有重要的指导意义。 2、本刊只接受全部用英文写成的稿件。来稿在4000字左右为宜。论文必须另页附200字以内中文摘要、100词以内英文摘要和不少于3个的主题词。正文格式应符合以下要求：1、英文12磅字体；2、双倍行距；3、左右两边空白各不少于3.5厘米；书目采用美国心理学学会（APA）论文格式。 |

| 1、This paper probes into the possibility of standardizing Chinese-English translation in foreign economic law with translation rules, and puts forward basic rules and especial lrules, with respect to some current practical problems of Chinese-English translation in our foreign economic law. This essay indicates that Chinese-English translation in the foreign economic law ought to follow the translation regulations in foreign economic law which is based on the languages characteristic and expression rule of legal Enlish. Studies show that these rules are proposed by analysing the typical mistakes in the law translations, combined with summarizing the translation theory in domestic and overseas, it has important instructive significance to translation practice of economic law |
