1、覆膜条件下氮素生理群微生物的组成以反硝化细菌占优势，硝化细菌数量最少，除硝化细菌的数量相差不大外，其他细菌均增多。
2、成熟期青菜根、茎、叶全氮含量依次增多。

1,the Nitrifiners take the advantage under the membranae in the the nitrogen physiological group,the number of the  Denitrifiers is the least; the numbers of  other bacterias have growned  excepting the Denitrifiers having little change.
2, the toall nitrogen content increases in sequence with the root, stem and leaf in the ripe time.
