这是审稿人第一次的意见: Each herbal drug has to be HPLC-fingerprinted and the main compounds determined. After mixing the individual components (powder/extract?) in the ratio given in Table 1 the whole mixture has to be once more fingerprinted by 3D-HPLC-analysis. Some batches of the formula XXX have to be investigated to prove whether the composition can be reproduced by HPLC-analysis with not more than 5% deviation . 我重新补了实验后,修改寄回.第二次意见: We acknowledge the receipt of your revised manuscript. The revised manuscript was improved but you have forgotten to include the HPLC-fingerprints of the single herbal extracts as shown in the first version (Fig. 1). Were the conditions (solvent systems and gradient) the same and at which wavelength were the HPLC-fingerprints of the single components recorded? Please write in the title, in the Abstract and Keywords that the XXX is a fixed combination which in prescription is not individually changed in the ratio of herbal comonents. 没看懂(是一个复方).跪求各位帮忙看一下或翻译一下! |

第一次意见翻译如下： 每种草药必须进行HPLC（高效液相色谱）指纹研究，主要化合物也必须进行相关测定。表1中给出了各单一组分（粉末还是萃取物？）混合的比例，完整混合物也必须通过3D-HPLC分析仪进行指纹研究。有些批次的配方XXX需要进行3D-HPLC分析仪指纹研究以证明这一合成物（配方）可以在小于5%的误差内重复。 第二次意见翻译如下： 我们已收到您的修正稿。修订稿有了提高改进,但是你忘记了给出单一草药萃取物的HPLC的指纹研究图，像第一次手稿中图1中给出的那样。此时，像溶剂系统和梯度（和HPLC操作条件有关的一个量）是否和原来一样？单组分HPLC指纹记录的波长是多少？XXX是一种固定配方，它是不能按照草药组分单独改变的。请在标题、摘要和关键词中写清楚这一点。 |
